- Goals and KPIs : It is important to have clear and measurable goals for your marketing efforts, as well as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Flexibility : A good marketing strategy must be flexible enough to adapt to changes in the market or target group.
All in all, a good marketing strategy should be adapted to the organisation’s overall goals, and be both realistic and implementable. It is important to regularly evaluate and adjust the strategy based on the results and changes in the market. Remember that strategy work is not a one-time job, but a dynamic process that takes place over time.
